09/16/2016 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Emergency call out with tpd on site, arrived on site met with tpd states they were called to the property because of all the trash and debris and mold in the interior. Advise them that we do not handle any mold issue, but do have this property in court for the trash and debris as well as the shed built in front of the property. Investigation further found the tenant did not have water service. Advised my supervisor of what the case entailed it was decided that we shut down the property because of lack of potable water. Notice and unfit to occupy were both posted buy front door of property. Tenant was also given instructions not to be at property at night, only during daytime hours and must be working he understood and signed the notice. Called and spoke to the management person who told me they have to be out by October 1st per the court order. Advised of what transpired today period also called mrs. McCain to let her know what also had transpired will continue to follow up on this case | |

She had citation with her today and would going to court. Called later that day to advise me they still had no paper work but she gave her plea and court will mail her the court date | |

Also found two junk motor vehicles on-site. One with rear flat tire and unable to start today and second a gold color old two door vehicle with flat tires and no motor in vehicle.
