Property remains in same condition as reported from recent previous case in November. There is grass on property and abutting east and north right-of-ways, but there is not an accumulation over 6" on these areas as a whole. No obstruction identified of east sidewalk area. There is vegetation growing out between street and curb, which is not the responsibility of the owner; TDOT would be the correct agency for abatement of this area. |
