Arrived on site for follow up... Knocked on door however no answer... Called and made contact with maintenance supervisor... states 3 smoke alarms now operational, two are carbon monoxide and smoke detectors... Will try to replace the third show that all are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors... Will disconnect the AC from the extension cord today... Also made contact with DNH heating and cooling contractor... Will be on site tomorrow for the evaluation of the system... Provided two more portable heaters to the unit this weekend however the tenant turn down the portable heaters... Will continue to monitor case |
