KNOCKED ON RESIDENT DOORS. OCCUPANTS STATED THEY HAD HEATING. STATUTORY AGENT CALLED BACK AND STATED RECENTLY THEY HIRED A CONTRACTOR FOR SOMEWORK TO BE COMPLETED AND THE JOB ENDED BADLY. HE FELT THIS COMPLAINT WAS RETALITORY TOWARD THE PROPERTY AS A RESULT. CLOSE CASE. |
