On site, spoke to owner about issues on property. Weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height in rear yard and west alley. Refuse and debris in front east corner not limted to: dead cactus, cut weeds and garbage bags. In rear yard there are three junked or inoperable vehicles, frame of a vehicle, cab of vehicle, primer Chevy truck. |
