Spoke to owner and did my Inspection with him what was found was that the owner is trying to fix some plumping issues and has had to cut some holes in the wall to get to some of the issues. The renter is behind in rent and has been give a 5 days notice for none payment. The owner is doing all he can to get the plumping fixed and the holes are coverd. |
