Front door is locked and secured. Rear yard has 5 foot block wall entire yard rear area. After rera block wall at the alley there is a 6 foot chain link fence locked with 12 foot yard space to the back block wall and is a secured area with a lock on the gate. Back door is boarded. Side front gate 6 foot high wooden and locked. Rear block wall gate is blocked with a trash can in front of and cannot access to verify full securement. Pool is drained and no water which has bricks in one quarter of the bottom. There are weeds in the rear yard in excessive 6 inches in the the entire area of the yard. Spoke with supervisor to confirm that this is a secure property. Spoke with the number listed on the complaint and this person has no knowledge of this property or complaint. Send NOV for weeds. |
