At site, spoke to Kyle, HOA president. He stated that the signs are placed according to the plot plan and has been approved by their HOA managements attorney. The HOA owns the streets. The signs were not installed in the begining, because parking on the street wasn't an issue. Parking on the street has restricted traffic flow and emergency vehicles. No complainant contact number. Close case. |
