Old RV in rear yard, outside of rear facade of building and fencing, can be seen from alley and neighbors and appears to be on private property; appears to have been stored in same location since 2005; covers on wheels, etc; there is also equipment and materials in this area that lacks screening. Note: roof is being replaced on main structure; sheathing doesn't appear to have been replaced. NOV will be issued for unscreened storage violation. |
