At site, spoke to a relative. JMV's abated, the Toyota and Monte Carlo have been removed, grass and weeds cut. 75% of refuse and storage have been abated. There was another vehicle there being worked on, I was told that was his mother's car and she resides there. The property is a rental. Send NOV to owners address. F/U 10 days. |
