Arrived on site this is a large commercial property with paving throughout front side and interior of property, met with owner who let me walk the grounds, checked the front side and rear did not see any oil on ground at this time. In far rear is the mechanic area in building. Did see oil drums set on wood pallet but nothing on ground and containers closed, drums less than half full, owner states there is an oil disposing company that he is contracted with where they pick up the oil when they call them no issues at this time will move to close out case |
