THE EXTERIOR DOOR HAS SEPARATION BETWEEN THE EXTERIOR WALL AND THE DOOR JAM, IN THIS LOCATION THERE ARE BLOCKS WITH MISSING MORTAR IN THE JOINTS, SOME PLASTER HAS FALLEN OFF THE WALL. THE BASEMENT ACCESS HAS A 3 FOOT BY 10 FOOT WALL WHICH ACTS AS A BARRIER IN FRONT OF THE STAIRS WITH AN OPENING TO ACCESS THE STAIRS. THE BARRIER WALL HAS A DEEP CRACK WHICH PENETRATES THROUGH, THIS WALL IS DAMAGED. THE DWELLING EXTERIOR WALL IN THIS LOCATION HAS PLASTER CRACKS. THE BASEMENT HAS A WOOD FRAMED DECKING SYSTEM MADE OF 2X4 LUMBER AND PLYWOOD WHICH LAYS ON TOP OF THE STAIRS FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PREVENTING ACCESS DOWN THE STAIRS. THE WOOD FRAMED COVER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR SAFE ACCESS IN AND OUT OF THE BASEMENT PLUS THERE IS INSUFFICIENT HEAD ROOM. THE BASEMENT CONCRETE STEPS ARE DAMAGED AND NOT SAFE. THE FIRST STEP HAS A 3 INCH DRAIN WASTE PIPE AND A METAL GAS PIPE WHICH ARE NOT PROTECTED. THE BASEMENT IS AN ESTIMATE 7 FEET IN HEIGHT AND 8 FOOT BY 10 FOOT . THE WALLS ARE 4 X10 BLOCK AND LOOKS IN GOOD SHAPE, NO VISIBLE DAMAGE . THE 7 FLOOR JOISTS AND SUB FLOOR ALSO LOOK IN GOOD SHAPE. NO VISIBLE TERMITE DAMAGE. THERE IS THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STAIRS TO THE BASEMENT IS THE DWELLING'S BEARING WALL WHICH HAS A 3 FOOT BY 3 FOOT SECTION OF WALL MISSING. THERE IS A HEADER A 12 INCH CONCRETE HEADER ABOVE THE MISSING WALL; THE WALLS MAKE UP IS ROCK AND CONCRETE. THERE IS A RECEPTACLE OUTLET AND A LIGHT FIXTURE MOUNTED ON A FLOOR JOIST. THE IS NO SWITCH FOR THE UNIT. YOU NEED TO TURN THE BULB TO TURN IT ON. INTERIOR INSPECTION RESULTS: DAMAGED FLOORING VINYL TILES, THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM DOOR LACK WEATHER PROTECTION, WEATHER STRIPPING. THE KITCHEN DOOR JAM HAS TERMITE DAMAGE. THE FORCE AIR GAS HEATER IS INOPERABLE. THE MAIN DISCONNECT THE MAIN DISCONNECT HAS THE GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR WHICH HAS BEEN CUT. THERE ARE 4 CIRCUIT BREAKERS WITH NO NEUTRALS CONDUCTORS. THERE ARE 5 CIRCUIT BREAKERS WITH NO GROUND CONDUCTOR. THE DEAD FRONT IS MISSING. VERIFICATION OF LOCATION NEUTRALS AND GROUNDS WILL BE ORDERED. THE EXTERIOR COPPER WATER PIPE ARE NOT PROTECT |
