Visited the site and found the shower ceiling is damaged from leaking and is still leaking. The kitchen light is missing the lens cover to protect the fluorescent tubes from the cooking surfaces. I found smoke alarms missing. There is hazardous electric. There are broken receptacle and plates. The Circuit directory is not labeled. The water heater has been replaced without permits. The bathroom light is missing the lamp cover. The return air register is clogged and dirty. |
