At site, Private community, Called the office to confirm complaint. It's the trees on 5th street. There are tree branches hanging over the sidewalk and dead tree branches on the property. Called owner, she stated that, that section of property is managed by the HOA and she is on the Board of Directors. I explained the issues of the violation. She asked that the NOV be sent to the HOA and the compliance time be 30 days. |
