Claim came in from unit underneath these two units... Met with contractor who was doing the balcony and railing 407, 405 States these folks were notified 48 hours prior to them starting to do work they had pulled permits to do the work... Manager showed up and advise me of the same thing she had made contact with a knock and talk yesterday and apartments that were affected were notified... Caller was upset because she has to be out of her unit by 5 o'clock today and the construction is blocking her sidewalk... Manager advised her she had up until midnight to move... Construction crew would be out of the area and completed with the work by 4 o'clock today will follow up on Monday |
