Arrived on scene and met with management, states they are repairing and replacing the decks and porches to some of the units as people move out and they deem necessary. They are currently working on several decks and porches at the moment. They were unaware they needed permits to replace like for like. Identified two buildings building E and building C, where they are currently building decks and porches and have removed handrails. Found in each case on the second floor all units were vacant. Because of the scope of work, a permit is required through the building department. A Notice of Violation was written to the manager and all work to seized until permit have been secured. Was signed by manager and project was posted by inspector |
