Did let T.P.D. know that transportation is working with cleaning the other trash and debris and that the dead dog is still on site and smells worse. Was assisted by Inspector Bigman on hauling the trash and debris to the dump. T.P.D. will call on the picking up of the dog. Will check in 10 days. RV.
