Received call from T.P.D. that illegal dumping has occured and blocking the alley. Arrived and a couch has been dumped with a mattress in the alley and is blocking the access to get through the alley. There is also a broken mirror with parts of a wood cabinet that have also been broken up and tossed in the alley with the couch and mattress. The neighbor did come out and stated that there is a problem of people dumping in the area contstantly. I did let the neighbor know that I have been here several times picking up the trash and debris several times when dumped. Will call transportation to check if the property can be cleaned or try and get the brush and bulky to help in the clean up. Did let T.P.D. know that I would check on getting the area cleaned and will pick up the couch and mattress on Wednesday or Thursday that is blocking the alley. The other trash and debris is off to the side near a wash and check if the area can be cleaned. There is a dead dog in a plastic bag and has been called into Pima County Animal Control to be picked up by T.P.D. RV. |
