I inspected two electrical outlets and a wall switch for electrical damage. Power is supplied from a drop ceiling, no damage to the electrical wiring, junction boxes or conduit. No damage to the sprinkler system piping or sprinkler heads.
Spoke to Richard Prevallet, VP of facilities and construction for TMC and Tina Olson, Director of propery management for Picor. Explained the damage to the building and that a permit would be required through PDSD to repair the damage. Tina stated that they would take responsibility for the board up. Issued a hand written NOV, Indemnification, notice and order. F/U 60 days.
