There is no access to the rear yard of this residence from the alley or from the front. There were no outward signs of a typical automotive repair facility. There was no noise or vehicles with hoods open or on jacks. There were no automotive parts or disassembled vehicles on the property. I will attempt contact the PO for further information. |
