Inspection did not find any leak from the A/C or the roof/ceiling this unit is on the bottom floor, Therer was a leak from what looks like work in the bathroom but you cannot see any damage at this time. The A/C air Filter needs to be replace and the maintance person who was there came in to check the A/C unit while I was there and was making sure the overflow ban was not backing up whic is what it looks like at this time. I gave the renter my number and ais if you still have the issue to call me back. |
