Arrived and the property did have water on and no one was home. The property has violation on the trash and debris and J.M.V.'s. Did call Rick Saldate and due to the water is on and not able to do the N.O.V. due to the water on at this time. Did call the water department and the water is suppose to be off and will send a tech. on Tuesday to have the meter pulled or lock it out. Will go back to the property on Tuesday. RV.
