They have been working on the unit since 10-5-15. On 10-19-15 smoke was coming out of the unit and since has been worked on. The relay was burning from being wet from the water from the condensation line filling the tray and leaking into the unit. The relay has since been changed and was in the process of making the condensation line drain the water properly. The drain line was not pitched properly and was holding water in the line with some going back into the unit due to the over flow tray would fill up. The smoke detector was working at this time of the inspection. Did meet with the tenant and she was OK with what was being done at this time and will check on Monday to check on the status of the repairs. RV. |
