Note: previous case indicates this same damage to walls, electrical, roof, ceiling; there has been no effort to repair; new owner since 08/2015. JMV tan minivan; accumulation of vegetation on property and abutting areas; unattached carport in deteriorated condition with non-permitted attached portion not built to code. |
