At site, spoke to new owner of the property, Carl. There is refuse on a trailer, he stated that the refuse is being removed next Wednesday. Red Jeep is operable. Corral meets setbacks. Carl stated that he meet with PDSD zoning and has also spoken to Mark C. on the 3rd floor about a variance. No violations at this time. No complainant contact number. Close case. |
