Visited the site and found the shower ceiling is damaged from leaking. The kitchen light is missing the lens cover to protect the fluorescent tubes from the cooking surfaces. I found smoke alarms missing. The kitchen cabinets are in dilapidated, deteriorate or missing doors. The water heater has been replaced without permits. The bathroom light is missing the lamp cover. |
