White Ford Explorer at this time has been moving as been observed, tires are aired up no evidence of inoperability. Cannot verify water drainage at this time. Excess storage and evidence of yard sale by sign at the road. Excess storage stored on the property and in a carport. Weeds and grass in excess of 6 inches throughout the property. Weeds and grass at curbside along Fort Lowell, Sycamore and the alley. |
