At site, spoke to owner. I found no evidence of any chickens. He is using trash bins to collect water. I inspected the water and found no mosquitoes or larve. The ower stated that there's and oil on top of the water. The easement has some storage items that need to be removed or stacked neatly. There is a pile of cut branches, lumber and stacked decrative block and sand. F/U 30 days. |
