ALL BUSINESSES AND HOMES WERE PROVIDED WITH STREET PARKING AND NARROW SIDEWALK AREAS. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SQUARE BLOCK WAS A PARKING AREA THAT COULD BE ENTERED FROM CUSHING STREET ONLY. THERE WERE 40 PLUS PARKING AREAS THAT INCLUDED DESIGNATED ADA PARKING. FROM THE PARKING AREA WAS A BRICK WALKWAY ON BOTH THE EAST AND WEST SIDES THAT ALLOWED YOU TO GET FROM PARKING TO THE SIDEWALKS AND ON EITHER SIDE OF THE BRICK WALKWAY WERE RAMPED AREAS THAT ALLOWED ENTRY FROM THE REAR OF EACH BUSINESS DOORWAY. THERE WERE NO THRESHOLDS AND EACH DOOR WAY ENTRY WAS RAMPED. SO THERE WAS ADA PARKING, RAMPS AND DOORS. IT APPEARS ALL HISTORIC QUALITIES HAD BEEN PRESERVED IN THE FRONT. NO VIOLATION/ CLOSE CASE.
