Meet with the tenant and viewed the situation. Found the plumbing in the toilet and bathtub as described. Found damage in the hall ceiling. The bedroom smoke alarm is incorrectly located. The electrical switch at the front door is not properly working and we are missing the kitchen GFCI's. Hand deleivered NOV to property manager. Managment has made thre attempts to contact the tenant. They had the wrong phone #. Tenant was notified to let managment do the work. |
