10/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved EMERGENCY CALL BY TPD: THE REAR IRON DOOR AND PART OF THE EXTERIOR WALL HAS BEEN DAMAGED.. ONE WALL STUD AND PART OF THE EXTERIOR SHEATHING WERE DAMAGED. THE REAR WINDOW OPENING THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY BOARD WAS UNSECURED BY TRANSIENTS TO GAINING ENTRY.. THE HOME IS VACANT WITH NO POWER. THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING HAS FOOD CONTAINERS, LITTER AND DEBRIS. THE EXTERIOR GROUNDS HAVE LARGE AMOUNTS OF DEBRIS, BROKEN APPLIANCES, TRASH AND REFUSE. BOTH DAMAGED OPENING WERE SECURED. A PLACARD WAS POSTED ON THE REAR DOOR OPENING BOARD. THE DWELLING REMAINS CONDEMNED.
