Arrived on site for follow up found grey Toyota still with flat tire in the front yard... Found palm fronds still in front yard... Made contact with first apartment to find the owner of the junk motor vehicle... States he was never notified of the notice of violation... State vehicle starts and runs just needs to fix the flat tire will follow up in 5 days phone numbers and names exchanged |
