Visited site, met owner on site,asked permission to inspect, permission was granted, inspected entire property, found numerous violations, added electrical circuits, water heater that was modified, also there is a shed tha tis being used to house a person, a travel trailer also being used for the housing of a person, wrote notice of violation, expalined the notice of violation to the owner and had the owner sign the notice and gave him a copy,gave thirty days to abate, zero days to remove tenants from the structures.wrote notice of violation and had owner sign and gave copy. |
