Visited site and found weeds and dead grass vegetation in excess of 6" in height and found spray painted markings on the wall and rear easement. There are 5 support poles concreted in the ground at the easement with a shade canopy attached. After checking with the PDSD Inspections Manager it was determined that the poles and the shade sails do not need permits and are not in violation. Send graffitti and weeds NOV. |
