Complaint weeds and JMV in backyard. Arrived on site to find weeds in grass over 6 inches at front curb area sidewalk front yard or side yard and rear yard. Made contact with tenant asked if it was okay to see the two vehicles in the back found 1 White Ranger 3 flat tires second a four-door white vehicle 3 flat tires will move to notice of violation |
