At site with Inspector Dan I. Spoke to tenant and manager. Evidence of water leaking around front window, outside we saw a section of some roof shingles missing. Sections of the flooring under the carpet were weak. The toilet fapper allowed the water to leak from the tank. Ceiling fan light fixture wasn't propery installed. The caulking around the tub was deteriorated and allowed water to run behind the wall. F/U 30 days. |
