Arrived onsite knocked on main door no answer what alongside and found maintenance for heating and AC units at property... They were unfamiliar with this property but had keys for 3 different units... Found basement unit number 2 and basement number 3 under main structure of the house... To the rear found a second structure however was not marked... Tenant to unit number to arrived on site, states only one person in the main house what y'all call unit 1 her name is April... And Rose lives in unit 2 bottom level he is the only one that lives there... Other side is unit 3 on the bottom occupied one time his name is Zack... Second structure had only one person living there a total of for people on property.. They fall under the mini dorm limit... Will get with supervision to explain my case |
