Visited site, met tenant, inspected, found as follows, there was a burned section of the drywall above the range, also the range hood was damaged, circuit breaker had tripped due to the damage to the range, explained to tenant that he would have to live in anaother unit due to the smoke damage inside and also that the range and range hood would have to be repalced, wrote notice of violation, tried to find tenant, tenant was no where around, posted on unit "DUE NOT ENTER", wrote notice of violation and condemnation and posted on unit, took pictures |
