At site, spoke to Dana and Amanda. The dog feces. overgrown grass and weeds throughout the property, mice and storage issues have been abated. The inside of the home is neat and clean. Owners will be working on obtaining a permit and pipe for T/P valve for water heater. F/U 30 days. |
