Compliant- main house remodel including new roof new mechanical new plumbing without permit new guest house without a proof permits. - Arrived on site met with new property owner just closed on the house 09 / 23 / 2015. States is unaware of any permits or what was done to the home showed me into the interior new flooring, new paint, rooms seem to be the same as original even down to the crank windows, new faucet in bathroom but no changed in number of faucets that I could tell, tub and the sink locations seem to be unchanged. Non issue electrical panel was not new and was labeled and included power to the guest house. Interior of the guest house also new paint and carpeting both non-issues, new sub panel on guest house along with cooling system will get with supervision and notice of violation if necessary |
