At site, spoke to manager, Ayko. I explained to her the legal use of banners and permits. She stated that she would remove the banner on the fence and stake posts. She stated that she would talk to the owner about getting a permit for the banner on the building. I issued a hand-written NOV. F/U 10 days. |
