At site, spoke to new tenant, Vianna. She allowed me to inspect the unit. No progress made on fixing the drywall in the bathrooms. There are other issue now. The vanity sink doesn't drain properly and there is a hole in the drywall under the sink. Send 2nd NOV certified. F/U 30 days. |
