Rick Mendoza called that T.P.D. was on site with storage issues. Arrived and T.F.D. was on site and the owner was transported to the hospital due to fell on the back porch. Have been to the property before where the house was of excessive storage in the house. The house has storage in the house and is blocking access to some of the doors and windows and the kitchen and living room are cluttered to where you have to walk around items to get around. The owner fell on an ice chest that was on the back porch. I did go to the hospital to let the nurses know that the owner will not be able to get into the house due to hoarding issues on the property. I did try to get the owner to sign the paper work but they gave him medication and was not able to sign and left the copies with the nursing staff to give the owner. Did give the Notice to Vacate and the Notice of Violation and will have to get with the inspector to check the property if cleaned up and have access to all the doors and windows. The owner was being operated and will be in the hospital for some time. Did call Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured with the 3-metal secuity doors screwed shut to not allow the onwer into the house until it has been check by an inspector for the access to all the doors and window and if the interior of the house has been cleaned. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
