Confirm that porch remains enclosed as added floor space and has not been returned to original status as per requirements under denied HPZ application under T12SA00261; owner had made a new HPZ application to retain enclosed porch by proposing to add another porch; this was denied under T15SA00267. Required actions per decision letter from PDSD Director includes an action to contact CE in writing to provide an abatement plan, not to exceed one year (9/3/15). Note: this decision was appealled outside of the 10 day deadline to City Clerk, so it will not be scheduled with M&C. Followp 30 days to allow for owner to provide written contact to CE as required. |
