09/22/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Met with the daughter and T.P.D. was on site for issue on her. The officer did call in the complaint due to the amount of storage in the house. The daughter did let me check the interior of the house and does have 2-bedrooms half full of bags and boxes through out and not able to enter the room or get to the windows. Does have a 3rd bedroom and has items piled near the window and near the bed that are piled and not able to get to the window with out moving items to get out. The living room has been cleaned in areas and still has piles on one couch and in front of the windows. Did talk to the owner and A.P.S. is involved and called and talk to Lori Tarango. She stated that the owner will be getting a cleaning crew to help with the cleaning. Did go over that due to the windows and doors being blocked that the house is close to being condemned. Did call Becky to get a dumpster and was provided by the neighborhood. The dumpster will be delivered on Friday and did call the owner. The owner was meeting or calling the supervisor of the cleaning crew at night and will have a better time when the cleaning will start. Did check the smoke detector and it works in the hallway. Did have items on the stove and had them removed. Did go over that they have 5-days to clean and the property will be checked if the property can be continued to be occupied. Did call Rick Saldate the supervisor and went over all the issues and agreements on letting the occupants stay in the house at this time. Did go over with the daughter on what needs to be done to stay in the house will check next week. Will check in 5 days. RV.
