Found an outlet that is arcing when touching the outlet behind the refrigerator, broken cover plates, garbage disposal not working, the flooring in the cabinet of the sink is bowed from being wet, the toilet leaks at the base, will need to check other outlets in the sink. Did ask if the management knew about these issues and they all said no. I did advise that I will be meeting with the management due to they need to be told and will have to be given time to make the repairs once I meet with them. I did meet with the managers and they were not aware of the issues in the unit. They are being evicted and are not currently answering the door. I myself did have trouble getting into the unit and had to call to gain entry. They will be evicted in a couple weeks. The manager did send someone to install a smoke detectors and check the outlet behind the refrigerator while I was on site. Will check in 20 days. RV. |
