Met with the owner and she has work done with out permits and has been working on the drawings for some time. She has been to P.D.S.D. several times and can't get the plans approved. Did go over that the front porch is new where added. Has a room that was added to the rear of the house and the carport has been enclosed. Did go over that a permit needs to be issued for the work done with out permits and can include anything that was added. Does have a masonry wall that has been added to the front of the property and did go over that the wall can be added to the drawings they have to have the plans approved. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
