Upon arrival on site before exiting my truck. The owner of the RV came up to my truck. I explained that the RV was not allowed to be on the front of the property and being lived in. He stated he was only going to be for a few days. I explained that was not allowed he needed to go to an RV park. I explained I was going to write him a citation, and I was awaiting supervision callback. The owner of the RV at that point disconnected all connections. He backed his vehicle truck up to the RV, loaded it. He then drove off of the property and was told he could not return. The owners of the property are wheelchair bound and also have mersa. I did not speak with them on this visit. I do keep this property under surveillance for further issues due to repeat history. |
