Contacted tenant who stated that SWG was out and determined there was a gas leak at the connection for the stove and turned off the shut-off valve. Gas meter was not shut off. While there I noted that the wall furnace had been removed. I asked the tenant and she advised the heater had a gas leak so the management removed the unit. I advised I would contact the manager and forward an NOV to the PO. |
