Did go over that a permit can be issued and can only be for one banner and has to be placed to face the street. Currently it faces the parking lot and not the street. He will remove the one banner that is hanging and get the permit for the one banner on the building and will have to be moved to face the street. The manager signed all the paper work and will check in 10 days. RV. |
